Our rates:
$350 per night + 9% Tax Plus

The total for 2 nights is $972.
The total for 3 nights is $1353.50
The total for 4 nights is $1735
The total for 5 nights is $2116.50
The total for 6 nights is $2498
The total for 7 nights is $2879.50

The totals above include rent, tax ,cleaning fee, and hot tub
Please add a $200  refundable damage/Cleaning deposit


Pet fee is $100 per pet for the stay

Please inquire with owner if party is over 12 people (extra charge) ..this includes visitors and children

We can hold any dates with a 50% deposit ,  balance would be due if you are within 60 days of arrival

We have a 2 night minimum for non holiday
There is a 7 night minimum stay from late June thru August.
 

Rates subject to 9% New Hampshire Rooms and Rentals tax if less than six months.


Balance & $200 security deposit (refundable) due 60 days prior to arrival.
We reserve the right to cancel reservation and release dates for non payment of balance

Checks are preferred
Cancellations must be received outside of 60 days prior to arrival for a refund, less a $100 processing fee.
Smoking permitted outside only
Pet Policy:  No pets without prior approval

Mirror lake Lodge Vacation Rental was originally an 1809 horse barn, and then part of a boys camp. It was lovingly improved , and made into a vacation rental in 1998.

We are located on a quiet lake in the heart of New Hampshire's beautiful White Mountains. Come explore !

The rental is located in the upper half of the barn (seperate owners apartment below rental) with 6 cozy bedrooms located upstairs, with lake and mountain views.Guests may enjoy Mirror lake , a 37 acre, quiet lake that does not allow motors. Canoe, Kayak, Paddleboat (included) swim from yard, fish (stocked lake), play tennis,(grass court),badminton,horeshoes. We have a large yard with grass lawn & wildflower gardens, and plenty of bird and wildlife viewing. Waterville Valley, Cannon Mountain and Loon Mountain are all nearby, with great downhill & x/c skiing.We are close to golf,(Jack O'Lantern Golf Course is less then 2 miles away) and within walking distance of Hiking trails, snowmobile & x-country skiing trails. And we are centrally located near all White Mountain area attractions. We are open year round, and a perfect getaway for small groups & families.In Springtime enjoy the hiking trails nearby and great fishing from dock ! Fall enjoy our magnificant foliage ! Tax Free shopping ! Rent a weekend, or several weeks at a time..

The rental is very comfortable with 3 queen, 3 full beds (including a four-poster & 1 sleigh bed), full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, etc., large living room with a fieldstone fireplace, Satellite TV with HBO,CD player,***FRE WI-FI*** large deck with patio furniture & gas grill, air conditioned. Canoe, kayak,& paddleboat, INDOOR HOT TUB (OPTIONAL), linens and towels included.Guests have a LARGE the yard & LARGE driveway 

Room Features

We offer 6 comfortable bedrooms all located upstairs. All bedrooms have one bed in each room, 3 are queen, and 3 are full beds. Two of the bedrooms were originally haylofts, and have beautiful views of the lake & mountains. All beds have linens and comforters.There are 2 bathrooms: A full bath with a tub/shower, and a half bath. We can accommodate 12 people.

From New Hampshire Interstate 93 take exit 30. Make right off exit ramp, heading south on Rt. 3. Proceed 1 1/2 mile past Jack O Lantern Golf Course.
Look for signs for Mirror Lake rd
Make a right on Mirror Lake Rd. We are 1/2 mile on the right, house #120, large barn
